Do you know if this is going to fix any of the issues I've been experiencing with Windows 8.1 - e.g. the flakiness and constant blue screens of death? 
Edit: Seems that they've addressed it at least once since you posted this link, so I'm going to try the 11/22 version and hope for the best. I'm tired of "AMD Catalyst is not responding" - followed by a hard crash.
