My question is do you have static ip or dynamic ip? Most dsl services are static ip. Do you use a security key? If you don't use a security key do you log onto your account using phone, work computer, other computer? Anyhow this is a wild shot but I believe your issue is because of the IP checker they implemented. This usually happens if you login with different IP's more then twice. For example you login using your phone, then login at work, then come home and login. You will most likely have a locked account now. If not your account would be locked the next time you login. Only thing you can do to bypass this is to get a security key, or just go to your email click the link and follow the instructions.
Now if you do use a security key then your account has been compromised and best thing to do at this point is to change your password. For suggestions simply type strong passwords in google.
If your get compromised again please post here again for further advice but I'm guessing this matter is because of the stupid IP issue.
