You post it here, then you go to http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
Select "desktop PC" for the product, "Consumer" for the series, then CM5571 for the model. Select whatever operating system you currently have installed when it prompts you, then download the following (seperated by spaces, the large chunks are the entire driver description):

Doesn't look like that particular board has onboard sound so you shouldn't need a sound driver. Find and download gpuz if you need a link to an updated video driver.
Edit: These are the XP drivers, since i see the gadgets toolbar in your computer with the grey background i'm guessing Vista for the operating system, so you'll want to adjust accordingly. Basically the intel chipset is critical, the wireless one and the network card one are optional.
If that doesn't take care of all the unknown devices in device manager, let me know and we'll go from there
