I built a new computer about 11 months ago and things have been messing up every-so-often. So far i know that 1 of my RAM slots on the motherboard is messed up because if i plug in one of the 4 sticks of 2GB ram i have into it, the screen starts to mess up and artifacts.
Big deal so ill deal with 6GBs of ram...
If i run FFXI and Flash Player (on youtube mostly) at the same time my computer will just shut off randomly, sometimes it restarts and freezes at the BOIS loading, sometimes it doesn't restart at all... If i restart it when i get back to windows it BSODs telling me USB_BUG_CODE error. However when i unplugged my USB mouse (the only USB thing i had plugged in) it gives me a different BSOD.
If i start to watch anime episodes offa some anime sites my computer just shuts off even if that is the only thing running.
Every-so-often with Starcraft 2 my computer will just BSOD to a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION screen. happens sometimes with Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 as well... Seems to mostly happen when loading a map/level.
I can limit the things that cause this to, level loading, or Flash Video player. Does anyone have any clues whats going on. I know its not the RAM so all i've got left to check hardware wise is my graphics card, mobo, and power supply.
I know there is somewhere i can get my hardware specs from within windows if anyone has any clues wtf is up or wants to take a stab at this problem please post below
