FFXI version update communication error Follow

i just installed FFXI and when i start to update i get about 9% in and a message pops up saying Version Update Comminication Error Error code:POL-1153 problems with the HDD data were detected wersion update failed. C:ROM/192/35.DAT
I was wondering what could be causing this and if there is a way to fix it. please and thanks for the help.
