Hey. I was hoping someone with a little more knowledge regarding computer specs could help me out, here. I'm purchasing a new gaming desktop, more or less specifically for World of Warcraft.
I've been suffering with my five year old computer that runs the game on low settings at 15 FPS for far too long- so I've decided to upgrade. This system caught my eye... if someone could please decipher the specs and let me know what it's capable of, it'd be greatly appreciated!

World of Warcraft isn't exactly the most demanding when it comes to graphics.

It should play WoW on max settings no problem. You could piece together your own computer with the same, or equivalent, parts cheaper, but it would involve price hunting and manually assembling the computer.

Just about any desktop made in the last several years can handle WoW with ease.

It should be capable yes, A lot of the speed will depend on what operating system and ram you have for it as well. With winxp 4gb is max visible and useable ram to my knowlege. with win7 I believe it can use every bit of ram you can afford to put into it. So yes with win 7 and 6gb of ram you should easily reach a minimum speed of say 55 to 60 fps or more

That pc will rock WoW's world and yours. I bought a Cyberpower from newegg recently, and while not as powerful as the system you are looking at, I run WoW flat out, and get a pretty consistent 59 fps when raiding 25man content, which makes me a very happy camper.
I had a few issues with it, such as sound problems, which turned out to be simply driver problems. The only other problem seems to be the head phone plug-ins, but I'm over it now.

Wow is what, like six years old now? There are probably cell phones that could run it at this point.

I'm pretty sure there are cell phones that run it, judging by the 'cell phone texting' I see so often in trade chat.
