WMV/MPEG/MPG files not playing video, only soundFollow
As the title states. I have some video files in transferring from my HDD CamCorder to my Pc but cant view the files. This is new as i have been able to view them previously. I am running XP SP3, WMP 11 with an ATI 4300 Video Card. any suggestions?
It is possible you are missing codec's. Codecs are mini drivers or instructions if you will so your pc can view different media type. I would go to the camcorders web site and look or talk to thier support forums and see what it is you are missing.
You can also try VLC Player, it normally carries all the codecs needed to play most videos.
