Problems with the patch downloadingFollow

Ok, so check it out, I downloaded like 3 patches and upgraded my account and uploaded the disk to my lap top and than it got to this last patch v3.1.1.9806 it gets to 10% and then tells me that the tracker isn't responding and then tells me that I am behind a firewall. I went to my windows firewall program and re set up the ports 3724, etc, etc but then it says the same thing. So then I just dropped all my firewalls<turned off> and still the same will someone help me. I have been gone from WoW for like 14 months and would really like to get started on WotLK.

If you are using a router it may have a built in hardware firewall. Check here for your router model, it should have instructions on how to open the port through the router firewall.
