TV-Tuner Recomendation?Follow

So, I'm just looking for some info on TV-Tuners. I'm heading back to school and my TV is old and, well, crappy. I don't really have enough cash to buy another (and I'm not sure what my income will be now that I'm going back to school).

And, I was really planning on buying a PS3 this summer (I actually did purchase one, but had to go through paypal to get a refund because it never came. >.<)

So, I'm gonna buy a PS3 Slim. But, I don't really want to play it on my crap TV. My solution? A TV-Tuner for my Laptop. That means I need an external one.

My laptop has:

Intel Core2 Duo T5750 2.00 GHz
3 GB of RAM
Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset

So, anyone have any recomendations? (My monitor isn't HD--15.4 inch at 1280x800 res).
