Think I will be ordering: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130313

Thoughts comments? Know something better?

I am also assuming this PCI-E 2.0 x16(this card isnt, just seeing many cards with this) is not for my mobo...

Yes, I would recommend the PCI-E since you have a slot for it. More of the future video cards will be released in that type and AGP will be slowly phased out.

If you look as the red section in the photo you'll see the Max Continuous Output (the baseline power supplied to the PC) is 350w and the Max Peak Power (the power that can be supplied to the PC before the power supply burns out) is 400w. You'll want a new power supply that has a baseline of 450w and a peak of 500w or more, this way you wont have to upgrade it again for awhile.

You can get a PCI-E 2.0 but with your mobo it will only run at the x16 bandwith, so unless you plan to upgrade your mobo later just get a x16 card. As for the card you linked to on NewEgg I read through the reviews and it seems that the card has a crappy cooling system (heatsink/fan), which means it could burn out as fast as your old card.

I think I may just go with it. I'm trying to get as few parts as possible, so that compatibility and size issues stay to a minimum and if i read correctly, this card requires 350w PSU and that should let me keep my existing and replace it later correct?

Correct. You might also want to get one of these to help keep the card cool.

Okay one more question, I am expecting my video card to get here today, and I want to make sure I make the first installation the last installation.

I have never done this.

So, the layman in me thinks this: Get the card. Put it in. Turn on PC go to Safe Mode with Networking. Go to wherever my card manufacturer's drivers are. Download, use. Restart PC?

Tell me where I went wrong.

when you get the card, start up your comp using the old card. Go to ctrl panel/system/device manager. Expand the 'display adapters' menu, right click your current video card and say 'uninstall'. After uninstall it will ask you to restart. Instead of restarting, shut off the computer, remove the old card, insert the new card and restart the computer. When in windows, put the CD in that comes with the video card and install the drivers. After thats all done and working, go to the nVidia/ATI website and DL the most recent drivers.

When I had tried uninstalling like that a few days ago, the first time it worked, but I tried again and it will say, Cannot uninstall driver your system may not work without this, then says failed uninstall or something to that effect.

Try it in Safe Mode?

did you already uninstall the old card? if so, that means your onboard is all thats left and you cant unistall that. so if thats the case, skip the uninstall step.

I actually uninstalled it, then took out the card and kinda took it apart slightly just to see what was going on with it. I put it back together, then put it back in the computer and reinstalled the driver. Basically just trying to reset and troubleshoot see if its still happening etc. But I never re-uninstalled it to my knowledge.

But it seems to be a moot point as of right now. UPS is gonna be a **** and hold my package till tomorrow it seems (3day ground, they mean it god damn) even though the package is about an hour and a half away according to UPS' site, just sitting in a truck/warehouse.
