lolVista: Kaomoji (& installing .Dic dictionary files)Follow

Heya, I was wondering if anyone could help me,
On XP it was easy enough to get the kaomoji dictionary file installed (For those who don't know, with it installed, if you typed かおもじ and hit space, it would pull up a long list of various smilies).

You did this by opening the Regional and Languages options, clicking the Languages tab > tools, and could install .dic dictionary files from there.

But as far as I can tell, vista does not have this feature, nor even recognizes .dic files at all!

Can anyone help me get this working? I mainly just want to get kaomoji working for random smilies and stuff, but I can't seem to find anyway of installing the file. Did they delete this feature when going from XP to Vista? Is there a way around it?

Really starting to dislike microsoft.

Drop the file into

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Proof

good luck

Do you, perchance, not have Office installed?
