I'm on the Xbox360 and i keep getting stuck at the "Acquiring Player data" screen and i get a protocol time out Error. Error Code--FFXI-3113. So the question is what could be wrong? How do i fix it? Thanks

Do you have ports blocked? Are you connecting at a dorm or something like that?
