POL-0011 or POL-0006 - Attempting to connect in a dorm room?Follow

I'm living on a campus while I work an internship, and I've done the same last year. I connected to FFXI last year here with no problems in my dorm room, but I can remember exactly what I did. I had to change some settings around on my PS3 in order to get it to connect, and I vaguely remember having to change some settings under the POL Viewer as well. Can anyone help me out?
