Building a PCFollow

Okay, so I have almost hit the point where I am just going to go ahead and build a desktop (unless I happen to find one which will run WoW with good frame-rates at max graphics, which I doubt I will). So, now I have a second problem... What do I need to look for? Here is what I know I need (I will be posting my potential setup as I fix it up, though I will happily take any recommendation anyone can give for a budget under $1500).

I do have one question, does anyone have a good monitor suggestion? I would prefer one that is around 15-20 inches (I don't have the room for one too big, flatscreen and, hopefully, HD. Like I said, I have a budget of $1500.

Am I missing anything?

I'm going to go for air cooling, considering I don't have the patience or OCD levels required to manage a water-cooled system.

The powersupply I would change though to a toughpower thermaltake

That's probably not a bad idea.

THe Thermaltake tough power is one of the better thermal take models. Thats the only reason I said you might wanna switch it.

A good place to look is http://www.ibuypower.com you can customize all of your components by choosing the drop down boxes. Don't skimp on memory and don't accept the corsair value series memory they're crap. G.Skill and Mushkin are also crap. I know this because I'm a computer repair tech. More stable brands would be OCZ, Kingston, Crucial. Hit or miss: A-Data, pqi, patriot, corsair XMS err? this brand is suppose to be good, but I've had too many Memtest+86 errors with XMS, corsair quality is going in the toilet.
