Over the last month, every couple of weeks I'm experiencing a re-occurring problem where its asking me to re-enter my account details(Content ID & password) as if I had just installed Playonline which is very strange as I always keep all my details saved. I know its probably nothing serious but with all the recent account hackings its worried me even though I take all the usual pre-cautions Firefox/Adblock/NoScript/Iframes disabled. Just wondered if anyone's experiencing the same problem or similar & if anyone can help me understand this issue.

Its likely your bank refusing the transaction with POL, blocking out the transaction makes POL ask you to re-enter your info.

It has nothing to do with the payment side of things. Its when I load up Playonline the first screen where you click your content I.D. they disappear & I am forced to re-enter them.

I didnt work out my problem so instead I just uninstalled & reinstalled everything but now I have another problem, what can go wrong will go wrong I guess lol. When I load up playonline & click next it just brings up POL-1160 :( I have done the usual reset my router etc.. but not having any luck. Any ideas anyone?

Bump. Same problem(the 1160 error) for me. I just switched over to the computer version, and as soon as I open POL it tries to update, and I'm not given the option to configure my network settings except proxy settings. Even connected directly to my modem, all firewalls and everything off, I can't connect, so I can't change my network settings to connect.
