I'm not sure if tracert is the tell-all that it is in WoW but I have several blocked ports...perhaps you can help.

Normally when my ports were blocked they would generally not connect. But I'm also under the impression that with * in the tracert it means there is some lost data. I have done the same thing to several IPs of FFXI and the same thing comes out. So, can anyone here say whether or not I can play FFXI with a tracert like that?

EDIT: in case you were wondering I changed my apartments ip address...just in case some crafty person can figure out a way to hack through it.

Just found out I can't connect to FFXI. Anyone have a good guide on how to tunnel around a firewall or a blocked port?
