Yes it will, your power supply is another story, it will need power from your power supply to be able to work.
(open your case if there is a connector free (4 pin thingy in a rectangle shaped) coming out of your power supply you should have enough power.
But there should be one free since your board supports PCIE, and PCIE cards (at least decent ones) require power from the PS.
