I have a erricson W900i but apprently it is not A2DP (advanced audio distribution profile) supported...
just wondering if anyone knows where or how i am able to upgrade the software on my phone so that it can support A2DP?
a hack maybe?

It isn't possible to impliment A2DP on your mobile due to limitations in the software/hardware. Buy a new mobile, if you want a good music one try a Nokia N96 when its released or an N95 which is available now.
