FFXI isn't working on VISTA? :: Free Realms

Ok, I just bought a new computer. My old computer had XP. This one has VISTA. I downloaded the vista version of POL. I can log in to POL but after the FFXI main screen comes up and I select play, the window shuts down and automatically restarts POL. How do I fix this? Please help!!

. . . did you actually install the rest of the game? You have to install FFXI and all the expansions from their CDs/DVDs after installing POL.

Yep, I installed POL, FFXI and all of the expansions in that order.
