Help needed please (was forum=82)Follow

Whoever is reading this, I need help. I've problem going to play online viewer main screen. Anyone got any idea why? I double click on the icon, the program runs but after awhile, it will auto pop out and goes back to window, the program is still running. When I click on it again, its blank but got music. What is wrong?
