After finding out that Rosetta Stone language courses were available in torrent downloads, I downloaded the Spanish Level I & II. The folder came with a big ISO file and an MSInfo document file. I'm really not sure what to do with them. Do I just burn them onto a data CD? Would it then work like the actual Rosetta Stone CD? I have Nero 7 Ultra Edition for burning.

You can burn it to a CD, or you can download software such as Daemon Tools which allows you to mount the ISO image virtually and run it without need of a physical copy.
And if you are wondering yes daemon tools is spyware free.
