re installing Star Wars GalaxiesFollow

I played SWG, but quit and uninstalled it, but are now trying to reinstall it. I'm using SWG The Total Experience to install. When I'm installing, this box pops up saying:

Component Transfer Error
Component: Star Wars Galaxies
File Group: Star Wars Files
File: E:\data3.cab
Error: Data Error(cyclic redundancy check)

This is the bar at the bottom left corner that shows the installation progress when the box comes up:

Installing Star Wars Galaxies
C:\...\StarWarsGalaxies\patch_09.tre

Any help?
