Not sure what do to... ran virus scans, spy-ware scans and whatnot. Still no reason for this to be happening, tried deleting things on my HDD and have approximately 3.5GB free. Can anyone help me out? One day WoW is working fine and I wake up the next and this pops up every time I try to start it up. Click on the shortcut, screen turns black, and then back to desktop and this is up. Any help appreciated, Thanks!

Well, for starters, 3.5 gb isn't a heck of alot of space. You may be using that up in your swap file when you start WoW. Beyond that it could be a variety of things. I'd be inclined to suspect low on ram, or corruption in the WoW files.

What are your system specifications?
