FFXI Content IDs.Follow

Up until recently, my wife and I have been playing on separate accounts. However, she's been training to become a veterinarian for the last couple of months, and between classes and the hours she's been putting in at the animal shelter, she simply doesn't have a lot of time to play anymore.

Yesterday we got to talking about it, and she decided she still wanted to be able to play every once in a while, but it wasn't worth 15$ to play for an hour every two weeks. So we are looking at a way to cancel her character and reactivate it under my own account and spare ID. I tried figuring it out through the POL site, and even through the Content ID menus, but those are such worthless, confusing menus. I was hoping someone here might have a little experience with it.
