On my pc I keep dcing every 15 mins or so and its been going on for the past 7 days. And on the 360 it won't update and I have no clue on what to do then I read somewhere about these ports to open:

Make sure the following ports are open on your router/firewall:
-TCP 25, 80, 110, 443 or 50000 - 65535
-UDP 50000 - 65535

And was wandering how do I get to those ports?

Those ports need to be configured on your router to make sure they are allowing access.

You can also try to have those port(s) and port ranges forward directly to one computer/360 unit to make sure it can connect correctly.

This is all done on your router, so depending on your router make and model it will be different then others.

Unless you did something odd to your router, half those ports should already be open for outbound traffic. Come to think of it all of those ports should be open for _out_bound traffic. If you're not running a server of any sort (web server, game server, whatever) then you don't really need inbound connections so much. Most likely your problem lies somewhere else... like with your internet provider. If you're DC'ing every few minutes I'd bet your XBox won't update because it keeps getting disconnected.
