POL 3113 Xbox 360Follow

My husband and I both play FFXI, but I use the PC and he uses the 360. Last night, the dog jumped on the controller, and ever since the 360 has not worked properly. It keeps freezing and coming up with the POL 3113 error code: timed out something or other. I read Kao's thread, but it doesn't seem 360 specific, so I'm asking if anyone knows how to fix this problem on the 360? The game still works fine on the PC -- confused! A little help..? (yes, please).
