Changing POL pw w/o pol accessFollow

I was wondering if there is any way to remotely change the password of my POL account (FFXI) without going thru POL viewer. I know I can call there number but I would rather avoid customer service over the phone if possible. I do know you can talk to tech support of live chat, but am unsure if they can change it from there. I was wanting to give a close friend access for a day (only person id ever let on my account)to do something for me. Atm I dont have access to my computer for awhile. Was wanting to check in advance.
