It says "You can not purchase a Content ID. Please try again after checking the following: *Make sure the payment information is valid. *Make sure your PlayOnline ID has not been canceled."
Now I play on a PS2, and I use a pre-paid credit card, and have never had this happen. It says that my characters Content ID is inactive but gives me UCS - 1104 when I try to reactivate them. It also won't let me cancel or purchase a Content ID
It takes about 2-3 minutes before giving me the the Error message.

Okay I think I found my answer in the Unicorn sever, (I am on Alexander btw -.-)
Now lets just hope it works.

You can't really do anything about it until it's back up.
