Polhook.dll + VistaFollow

C:\Program Files\Play Online\Square Enix\Playonline Viewer\Polhook.dll

I am currently playing on lolvista. I had it working before the most recent update. I tried doing exactly what I did last time. Which was update my Xp computer in the basement then rerwrote the POL folder with the windows xp version. I keep getting this failed to replace polhook.dll yet I know I manually changed that .dll myself w/o any luck.

Anybody had the same problems since the recent update? Also does anyone know a workaround or a way to fix this yet?
