Guild Roster troublesFollow

Hello, in the guild roster for the guild I am in "Children of the Storm" on Magtheridon there is an Erolynn and an ErolynnX I deleted my ErolynnX sub-profile from my main Erolynn profile yet the ErolynnX still stayed so I tried deleting my profile period but still ErolynnX was there. My last attemp was to log and re-update my profile in hopes that it would reset it all and ErolynnX would be gone but it didn't work. Does anybody know how I could get rid of this. I don't need it and I feel it makes our roster look bad.
