Character Models not loading in gameFollow

Well. To start I recently installed Windows Vista Ultimate on my computer. After some hassle I got ffxi to run on the system. Now my problem is that when I log into the game, I dont see anyone, and cant target anything without the use of /ta. After doing that I still dont see people or the names of people where they should be. I can still talk to people, see chat etc. I have run file checks on ffxi and PoL, and reinstalled them both. I have tried turning off my firewall, and these programs are allowed though when its on. FFXI worked fine on my XP system, I dont know if this is an OS problem or if there is just something Im doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a known issue with certain cards. They should be patchign a fix soon.
