POL-0006 ErrorFollow

Hello

I brought FFXI today for the Xbox 360. I managed to install the playonline viewer and the update but this error message appears everytime I choose the Playonline registration option. My router, xbox live and games the use xbox live work perfectly. Also I tried my spare FFXI discs to see if my new one was faulty but it was not. Is there maintenance going on or something or is it because too many people are connecting/downloading and the server can't handle it? I've been trying to register for 8 hours now, please help.

Well it's almost been 24 hours and I’m still getting this error message. Not many people seem to have the same problem so maybe the fault is on my side with my router or maybe the registration server is down for some/all and SE don't have the consideration to tell people about this. I really want to get this fix not only so I can play the game but also before the event ends.

I was browsing the xbox forums an seen someone with the same problem as we do. The registration server is down and should be fix the afternoon.
