Unable to see /random + who textFollow

I've been having this problem for months. I think it started happening when there was a new patch. There were other people who had the same problem too. Whenever i use /random, it doesn't show up on chat log. I even tried messing with the buttons, but it didn't help. I also cant use /who. The text doesn't show on the chat log with info on their lvl and guild. I am really tired of using the /who box search window. Is there anything u can do or do u know how to fix it?
