Can't update or delete. Server error...Follow

On my "Your Characters" site I can't Update, nor Delete my character. All I get is a blank page with

"Not Found

The requested URL /wow/chars2.pl was not found on this server

Apache/1.3.33 Server at clstr15 Port 80"

How can I solve this?
