Error report after I log on POLFollow

Hi,
I recive error report right after I entered my password two times.

It carsh when the following text desapeer.
"Connecting to play online
Verifing ID and Password."
When this text desaper it crash.

Help me please. Tryed to reboot Comp multiple times.
