FFXI: Blocky graphics after re-installFollow

My Hard drive Crashed and Nearly everything on my p.c. was wiped. I've re-installed windows drivers ect. And everything appears to work fine, But when I log into FFXI the Graphics are all blocky. It's still playable, but it's really annoying...

Also, whenever I used to log into FFXI at the main screen where it shows the expansions you have installed, create/delete charachter ect. it has an ugly movie of the Gustaburg region, but i'd prefer if it was Valkrum Dunes like it used to be. Can I fix this?
