Think seriously about premium services. I paid, my account was charged on the 24th of February. I emailed them about this problem the same day. Two weeks later, 7 March, I had to ask again. I finally get a response... they couldn't determine my account status with my registration email or my username, so they asked for my credit card account number. I sent it to them on the 16th of March. Here it is the 23rd of March, almost a month later, and still no access OR response... updated today 28 Mar, still nothing.
