POL problemsFollow

Hey,
I'm hoping that someone out there can help fix my problem. Whenever i try to run POL the window pops up for about 2 seconds and dissapears. I re-installed again and again but I still cant get it to work. I tried using different user accounts, changing directories, changing my video card, copying working files from friends and even changing the compatability mode but nothing. Here is my pc info. It's brand new and I can't figure out why this is happening. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
