Internet Explorer problems can't see certain web sites.Follow

Good morning computer gurus, I'd like to consult you guys and see if maybe there's something I missed while trying to fix this problem.

Here's my problem:

2 websites will not on either of my two computers or my browsers (IE/Firefox), I type in wow.allakhazam.com in IE and first comes back with syntax Error, when I try again I get "Page could not be displayed".

When I use Firefox I get a similar error saying that the page could not be reached.

For the record the other website is pennysaverusa.com which my wife uses to run around and try to find some local deals.

My computer uses the latest version of IE 6 pack 2 and Firefox (not sure the specific numbers), I have a router which is a D-link, but I have connected my computer directly to the cable modem and still no go with either website.

Tried to cleared all my temp files, cookies and history thinking this may be connected to the index.dat bug that Microsoft reported:

but that didn't work, I attempted to clear my Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) but still no go.

I tried to "ping" wow.allakhazam.com and I got a timeout (as well as penny saver).

I have Spybot and adaware, I usually run it about once a week and right now my computer is clean and I updated the software recently.

I live in Tijuana Mexico I use the only cable based internet company (Cablemas) which actually uses Cox cables internet connection to give broadband service (512kb) to Tijuana.

Well that's my story if anyone can think of any other angle of how to fix this problem I would appreciate it.

To the admins of the website: Was there any recent changes to how your site deals with foreign IP's?

P.S. I'm at work at the moment, but I can ask my wife to give me any other info you may need from the computer, so feel free to ask.
