I'm quite disappointed that I signed up my premium membership but I was told yesterday in a forum that I can't rate user posts until I am a scholar? Why isn't this included in the premium membership? I thought I was going to have all the features? My karmas been at about 2.96 now for god knows how long. I was hoping premium membership could get me to the famous blue!

We specifically did not tie the Karma system to premium membership because we want the quality rating of all posts to reflect quality, not financial contribution. If you like, you can contact allakhazam@allakhazam.com for a prorated refund from the date you send that e-mail. Your other option if you so desired would be to transfer your premium membership to a new default at 3.00 account, and take your chances with the ratings.
