PlayOnline Viewer ("PlayStation 2" version)
[Important Update Details]
- Fixed an issue wherein some users would get a "no response" (POL-1040) error from our DHCP servers after logging in to PlayOnline via certain types of routers following the Jan. 18, 2005 update.
This was taken from
here. Apparently they had some issues with people's Wireless Routers assigning DHCP to get on POL. I would suggest this..
Go here --> http://www.linksys.com/download/
This will take you to Linksys' driver/firmware download section. Download the latest firmware revision for your device. This should fix the problem. I have the same wireless router and this fixed the problem for me. It should work for you. If that doesn't do the trick let me know. Good luck!!
