Unable to log in on PS2Follow

I have been having some problems with logging in and it is beginning to **** me off. My brother was playing just a couple hours before and a while after the Play Online update. After he went off for a while to go study and then I try to get on but it will not let me load up FFXI off the play online screen.

Anyone have any ideas on why this is not working? Or could this just bad luck?
(By the way my Internet is working fine and this has happened a couple time before)
