Update Downloading Problem for PCFollow

So I just purchased Final Fantasy XI on PC and have tried to install it FIVE times. The installation goes great but when I download the Update(3 hours mind you), I get an error message talking about a UPnP Port Map. I enabled it and it still fails to download. How do I fix this problem? Because the update download fails, I have to uninstall and reinstall Final Fantasy.
