hi,
Can anybody help me? I installed FFXI, and that's as far as I got. I keep geting error code POL-0019.

I am not sure anyone here knows what POL error code 0019 means off the top of their head. You should provide more detail.

It's in the FFXI faq up above. the fix is in there as well. let me know if you have any trouble.
