Connection ProblemFollow

Hi. Today while I was playing FFXI for the PC, I kept getting disconnected from gameplay every 1 hour or so. A few weeks ago this was happening but every 2 hours.

I use Comcast Cable, and I would like to know if there is anything I can do so I won't be disconnted so frequently.
