Command error??Follow

I keep getting these command errors while ingame, then my keyboard goes unresponsive. The file checker says I have 1 bad file but after 3 reinstallations it is still bad, any help would be much appreciated cause if this keeps up ima have to quit, seeing as I have to restart my pc every time it happens. The file that is said to be corrupt is Program Files/Play Online/Square Enix/FFXI/Tools/US/polboot.exe

viruses wills sometimes cause that message, run a check with housecall.trendmicro.com. Also, run a disk defragmentation when you get a chance, then delete that file and retrieve a copy from the CD using winzip.
