PoL - Returning to FFXI - Please help!Follow

Hello all (this is my first post).

I played FFXI in september for about 3 weeks out of the trial month before I was tired of it, and now I wish to return to the game. Here is my problem:

a) When I install the game and input the PoL code it says invalid registration code (I assume this is because I already registered it in september).

b) I have no idea regarding any of my old details, the playonline email address, my playonline ID password etc, I had them autostored in the program if I recall correctly, or written on a sticky-note that is long gone from my monitor.

I checked the playonline site, and it seems that I need a playonline email address to email them with queries, and I need my playonline ID in order to call them with any queries, is there some way where I can retrieve my playonline ID?
