I can't pkay FF XIFollow

Well everytime i try to start Playonline/play FF XI it automatically takes me to the Exit Viewer screen. I try logging on but it keeps sayin that I cannot connect to the network or theres somethign wrong with my network, but all my other online games work fine, and theres nothig wrong with my network, Plz help me if you have or had the same problem.
