Thumbs.db is in my EQ directory

I only found it because I was copying files and it refused to copy because it was encrypted.

The other machine has a full running install (without GoD) and seems happy without this file.

The only difference is that the machine witrh thumbs has EQW installed. It is also running Norton AV and Internet Security

I just thought it strange to find an encrypted database file in the middle of the EQ folder when EQ uses .ini to store local data.

Do I need to worry?

It's nothing to worry about. Here is a good explanation of what it is, and how to turn it off if you so desire.
