Depends entirely on your gear, your level and your group composition.

As a fresh level 90, wearing quest items, you should be pushing out 20k. 30k would be good. I've done 5-mans with Paladins who pushed 150k in raid gear.

Not yet, but I did run a dungeon with an Enhancement Shaman who pushed 400k single target during a burst phase.
